Time For An Event...and ill choose a loading screen event.
What to do:
Create your very own dream loading screen. Can contain anything, as long as its RO related.
What you can win:
Your loading screen being chosen to be put ingame.
How To Join:
Create a 640x480 pixel JPG,GIF,PNG,BMP. And post a reply to this board. Make sure you include your image.
You can host your image from photobucket.com , imageshack.us , tinypic.com , etc etc
once you have your image URL, copy and paste it into a reply. And include IMG tags
